hi, i was just wondering if anyone has any old photos of hunting in Africa in the Victorian times and their exploits.

They really went to extremes in those days and i would love to see some photos.

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."

Pics like this make one wonder how many "world record" heads from any continent are still sitting in attics, were simply nailed to barn doors, or were left in the bush without receiving a second thought.

I agree with you but the ironic thing is the guy in the photo probably thought the same thing.
