Just finished my last Royal Kafue safari with one of AR's Australian members and took a terrific Buffalo and Roan as the priority animals.

Had this Leopard on bait and he was a horse. See how he feeds from the SITTING position.

Photos of the Roan and Buff. Great finish to what has been a remarkable season in an area that only two years ago was completely depleted of wildlife.

Andrew, that is a serious leopard. You can also notice his " Roman Nose " I hate guessing weights and such on leopard, but I reckon that is a Super Cat 155lbs+ conservatively.
Awesome buff too.
Well done on a great season.

Beautiful trophies.

Fairgame, I love the effort and imagination you put into your photos...unique poses, non-traditional perspectives and camera angles...very nice!

That leopard would definitely be a shooter given the opportunity. Congratulations.

Rhyme of the Sheep Hunter
May fordings never be too deep, And alders not too thick; May rock slides never be too steep And ridges not too slick.
And may your bullets shoot as swell As Fred Bear's arrow's flew; And may your nose work just as well As Jack O'Connor's too.
May winds be never at your tail When stalking down the steep; May bears be never on your trail When packing out your sheep.
May the hundred pounds upon you Not make you break or trip; And may the plane in which you flew Await you at the strip.

jwm,

We had problems with the camera and failed to take a decent trophy photo of the buff at night. See attached.

I then thought that we could compose a better day picture using the skull.
