Lorenzo, Check http://www.abebooks.com/ and do a search on title and author. I just did a search and they list several copies for sale but most are VERY expensive. BUT, sort by lowest price, and there are a couple of copies available for fairly reasonable prices. (Though they may not be first editions.) Read the descriptions carefully as some are "an article extracted from the collected volume, not a reprint or an offprint" which is not the complete book. Just thought you might like to know. Might be worth a look if you want a copy. -Bob F. | |||
