I feel that we have made great strides with the movement of the DVD South thread and I would like to open it up to individuals from other regions. I apologise now if you were near the head of the line and will now be pushed back but with the loss of four sets of DVD's and the amount of effort to keep it straight I feel this is the only solution available.
If you want to participate please read the following information. Those who send me the requested info will be added. Thank you all for your patience.

We have received a new set of Discs due to the generosity of Lorenzo and Nickudu and others.

I would like to request that everyone wishing to participate in this free circulation of Saeed's Safari 2005 please read the new ground rules we are going to be using.

I am going to post a new list of those wishing to participate. This will begin with those whose names are already posted and will include anyone interested in signing on now.
To be included I need you to follow these steps:

1. Check to be sure I have included you and not missed anyone.
2. Send me a pm that includes your name, (your web name and your real name), mailing information and your phone number. I will not use this information or post it unless you disappear with the discs.
3. Send this by PM with the header-- 2005 DVD South.
4. After reading the following rules please state that you agree to abide by the new ground rules.
5. Your name will be identified as participating once I receive your pm. If I don't receive the pm within 3 days I will drop your name. For those who have already let me know that they are out of town or those that don't see this right away, I will add you back in line once you contact me as long as the circulation hasn't already passed you, in which case you will be added to the end of the list.

The rules:

1. You agree to send the requested information.
2. You agree to post receipt of the DVD's
3. You agree to post when DVD's will be mailed forward.
4. You agree to send discs by prioity mail.
5. You agree to notify everyone and pm me if anything is wrong with the process or the discs.


Those who agree to the above also agree to honor these rules in respecting those awaiting the dvd's.

Why don't you do it like a chain letter? Each person who receives it must make 10 copies and send it out to 10 other people.

Thanks, Frank - as promised, I'll burn additional copies for circulation.

I see paul55 following me, but what should I do with the extra copies?

Thank you for the offer to create new DVD's. If you don't mind I will send you the address of a soldier that just made a request from Kuwait. He can share it with his buddies as we will probably not be able to get it back. I have sent a couple that direction but don't expect them to come back.
If you are able and willing to make more than one copy to send off please let me know as I have another request from Africa, One from Europe and another from South America. It would seem the international hunters all enjoy the idea of these DVD's as well.

The "list" is those of us who have posted on this thread and sent a PM to Frank Martinez asking to receive the DVD's.

You need to send your mailing information to "new guy" as he will be sending the DVD's to you. I sent my mailing info to you via PM so you can send them to me. Then I will send them to sniper. Hope this helps you to figure it out.

OK, I'm confused again...

I look at the top of this thread and see:

My name is not there. A few replies later, Frank confirms that my name is on the new list. Then when I mention that I don't see it, Devildawg says the list is: and he lists 5 names and my name is on it. OK, good deal. I PM new_guy with my address, and Devildawg sends me his.

Today I log in and it says 'DO NOT USE THIS LIST'. The official list is at the top. OK, but my name is not there, notice there are 7 names: new guy, buffer, ARTP, WY, kudu4u, KB1, BaxterB.

Then to top it all off, I get a PM this morning from wyattd giving me his address because he is after me on the list???

Questions:

1. Am I on the list? If so, why can't I see my name listed?

2. If I'm on the list, who is before me?

3. If I'm on the list, who is after me? Devildawg66? wyattd?

Someone (Frank?) please help!

OK, I see now.

Frank: Sorry for the confusion. What threw me was that we are discussing the list in this thread, but it's actually the wrong thread. I see that now.

I just checked the 'official' list, and it appears that Devildawg is right above me. He ended up between DavidC and myself. I'll send him my address.

Buffer - I have received the DVDs and will ship them out on Monday... PM me with your mailing info.

Either way I don't care but I will make 50 copies and mail them to someone in the states to distribute.

I was supposed to be on the list last year, but I guess being in the Navy and stationed overseas I went to the bottom of the list.

Don't promise me anything if your not going to send it. I got his from a couple of you bastards last year.

Well as one of the "Bastards" I will take the heat for not getting back to you. Unfortunatly shortly after you sent me your mailing info from overseas I had a minor heart attack and while I was not paying attention to the distribution we had a bit of a meltdown and three sets of discs went into private ownership. I also lost the ability to make new discs. If you will read the posts above you will see that we have only just gotten these back on track and only due to the generosity of several different individuals who have made the effort to make this possible.
I will gladly send you a disc set and 50 or so mailing requests if you can get that many sets ready for distribution. Please send me your mailing information once again.
