Cameroun will not issue an export permit without a CITES permit. That is just how they do it. That is what I have had to do for the last 25 years...it is not really very expensive. Not legally necessary, but you will not get export permit without it. Camshaft | |||

Will, it is their CITES export permit. None required on our end, which would be importing. Several countries require their own export permits.
