Bill, I believe Zimbabwe is the only country that allows the 9.3 to be used on buffalo legally. Mark MARK H. RSA except KZN province (.375 bore), I think Namibia as well and I believed Botswana too? | |||

I forgot to metion, that is if you, can load it to 5400 Joules or just short of 4000 ft-lbs, its legal in Namibia (or if a reliable publication states that it can attain that figure.)
