Can anyone say for sure what countries permit the use of the 9.3X74R for Cape buffalo?

Bill,

I believe Zimbabwe is the only country that allows the 9.3 to be used on buffalo legally.

I forgot to metion, that is if you, can load it to 5400 Joules or just short of 4000 ft-lbs, its legal in Namibia (or if a reliable publication states that it can attain that figure.)
