Can anyone say for sure what countries permit the use of the 9.3X74R for Cape buffalo?

I believe Zimbabwe is the only country that allows the 9.3 to be used on buffalo legally.

Karl SZimbabwe, South Africa (excluding Natal, and now Northern cape provinces), and Namibia all allow it for buffalo & elephant.

I forgot to metion, that is if you, can load it to 5400 Joules or just short of 4000 ft-lbs, its legal in Namibia (or if a reliable publication states that it can attain that figure.)
