I just returned yesterday from a safari with Lloyd Yeatman in Southern Zim. I didn't know Alan's story, but Lloyd was recounting some of his past experiences around the fire and mentioned that he was PH on the safari where they hung the plaque on the baobab. He was contracted by George Caswell and a friend (might have been JJ) to conduct a foot safari and hang the plaque on the way.
