For it to be claimed as the biggest Elephant killed by man is speculation as very few hunters have been bothered about body size but more concerned on ivory length and weights. I do not recall Bell, Sanchez-Arino, Selby, etc. ever mentioning detailed body size of the Elephants they killed. The title should read: "The Largest bodied Elephant on record killed by Man" | |||
