Last night as I finished Green Hills Of Africa, I fell into a mild depression. I'm out of African reading material. I even resorted to recycling some Capstick stories. What to do?
Give me some suggestions to feed my obsession. Keep in mind that I don't want to spend the equivalent of four years worth of college text books over at Safari Press.
Ouch!

I highly reccomend a book by our own George Naugle. I just finished it myself and really enjoyed it. It is a great collection of stories from his own hunting adventures. I think you will find yourself relating to many of his stories. It is written by a hunter to other hunters. That alone makes it very easy to immerse yourself into the book. Here is a link to where you can get it.

I'd recommend "Mahohboh" by Ron Thomson. I found it a very interesting book about elephant hunting and managment.

Id recommend "Shikar and Safari" by Edison Marshall. It is very interesting info about hunting in the old days.
