If one had paid a Rautenbach company for a safari prior to the ban for a hunt to be taken after the ban, would'nt the hunt be illegal even if Rautenbach then sold the company to someone else?
Would'nt a company that bought or is negotiating to the rights of a hunting concession controlled by Rautnebach be considered dealing with one on the banned list?
