Haven't seen the article yet (SA is a pretty rare publication here) but I'd heard it was coming. Congrats Frans, I look forward to reading it when I get to North America in January.

I haven't seen the article in it final form yet either. Egypt, Canada; for the mail service it doesn't seem to make much difference.

Thanks for the congratulations. After publishing in The Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Australia, this is my first North American publication. I'm pretty pleased with it!
