I finally figured out a nice way to display my wolf skull. This is the skull, the previous user of which is featured in the November issue of Sports Afield. I figured that now he got famous, he needed a spot of his own. I used some old fence posts I found in a field. Looks every bit as good as using new wood. Maybe even better. Frans

Hello; Looks good Frans. Did you just place him there, or is he fastened down? Nothing classier than old barn board. Grizz Indeed, no human being has yet lived under conditions which, considering the prevailing climates of the past, can be regarded as normal. I nailed a little piece of round-post to the 2x4 and that sorta holds the skull in place. The skull is not fastened down in any way. It's in a safe location where it can hardly be knocked off, and the one that does anyway has to fear for his/her life! Frans

I just read your article in the new"Sports Afield". Excellant article and your skull mount honors the wolf. Jerry Hoover

I like that Frans. I may have to "borrow" your mounting idea when I receieve my jackal skull from SA. Very nice. _____________________ A successful man is one who earns more money than his wife can spend.
