Sure it's a rifle? Looks like shotshells in the bandolier.

It is a Russian Nhockurrkokoff revolving semi auto, Model 8799K. It is chambered in the rare 1.85 x 88.9 mm metallic cased cartridge. It is a brass case that can be loaded with either multiple projectiles, or a single projectile. It is designed to accept charges in full case loads of FFFG blackpowder or a smokeless slow burn, low pressure powder. The primary problem with the firearm in actual use was its weight. At over 13.7 kg (loaded) and with a reasonable supply of ammunition it proved to be extremely impractical. When used with blackpowder the rapid fire ability proved inefficient after the second shot.
One side benefit of the system proved to be its beneficial strength (though not endurance) training for all trainees subjected to the program in its initial phases. The weapons platform was given away to any nation state that saw a benefit from its use. Please Note: ISIS refused receipt of 20,000 units offered to them by Israel. Those weapons were later gifted to deserving militias in various parts of north/central Africa...
NB: Iran contracted to purchase 50,000 units direct from the manufacturer, TiDurak Industries, Moscow. They were never delivered.

It looks a little like the 1865 Colt 56 caliber revolving rifle but I can't figure out what the box is at the bottom front of the action.

I think it's a Blaser prototype designed for Biebs. Better ask him. Control round feed as well.
