FrostbitNeat indoor Brai in Namibia with a Wildebeest Loin cooking. You put wood in the bin on the right and as they turned to coals you moved them across the bottom under the meat. I thought this rig would be killer in Alaska.

BlacktailerHere is the set up I copied from SA. You start the fire in the large area, when you get coals you shovel them under the grill which swivels and adjust up and down. After dinner you put on more wood and sit around the fire.
We added a gas log starter. You gotta have some comfort.
