I would say India and the Asian countries. The US is too strict on importation of ivory and the market is strong in the above countries. All of the shops I visited in Bulawayo, Zim were owned and operated by Indian (India) fellows and I recognized 100% of their ivory work as being done by East Indian's. On the street, I do not recall seeing any indigenous ivory workmanship.
