The only rifle I want to shoot 1/2" at 50 yards is my double and it will do that...I may want to shoot one of those mean bastards in the eye while he is looking for me!! beer

Peter, I never said no such thing! Smiler but considering the money Allan pays for his rifle I would expect they should shoot and inch or there abouts, otherwise he is getting a royal shaft..and that ain't likly to happen with Allan.

We were talking factory rifles in the beginning..Any custom rifle should shoot a 1" three shot group by guarentee...

Speaking of shooting and practicing, I run a "Big Game" and varmint shoot at my conservation club using targets from Finnwood Products. They have North American and some African Game. I've been readying myself for Namibia this summer shooting off hand and sitting using these targets. Just a side note, we use clear overhead sheets over the kill zones so we don't have to repair the targets. I have lightly drawn circles for scoring. It's a great deal of fun, we give out hams, turkeys etc to the winners. The website for the targets is : www.finnwood.com
