Am looking fwd to reading about this one.
I do admire you archers. I've never had the patience for it myself.
Up close n personal to a beautiful fuzzy cat like that has to be exciting as hell.
Congrats!

Fantastic. As we have no bow hunting in the U.K such pictures always pique my imagination. I await the report with baited breath.

Congratulations. I especially appreciate it as I also have shot a tom with the bow, more than exhilarating.
And a nice tom at that.
Hunting leopard at 4 PM seems an absolute nonsense. Kudos for Your and Mr Withall's intuition.

I can't wait to read Your full report.

Sorry I was referring to the "Dane" hunters you mentioned in your post.

They did not shoot much else other than bait for their two Leopard but did also hunt Buffalo wit Sebastian down in the Delta.

Safari2,
We saw plenty of sable, and ele, had some fun calling hyenas one night. But the grass was still long, so hard to see anything. The burns have started, so hunters from here on will see lots of game.

Correct bullet placement, combined with the required depth of bullet penetration, results in an anchored animal...
