Fasting never bothered me.

I remember in Chete, late October, when it is extremely hot.

I eat very little in the morning - ,ay be a hard boiled egg or a piece of toast.

I drink one cup of tea and one cup of coffee.

Then we go on a walk, that might entail us being out all day.

No dri8nk, no food, no shade.

And guess what??

We actually have fun!
