I guess we now have a better idea of how the American client is treated in RSA these days. You have to understand that where they are now for a government would be the equivalent of the native americans routing us in battle and taking over the USofA during the 1980's. A hundred years ago most Africans could not travel off the plantation with out the Lord of the manor's written permission. I had a simply fabulous safari in Zimbabwe with C-M Safaris. The camp staff had a rudimentary understanding of American English, and my PH, Myles McCallum made it a point to let me know what his communications were with the staff as he spoke with them in Shona. Moral of the story: be more picky about where and with who you hunt in Africa. Rich Buff Killer | |||
