Vic Falls Wedding Invitation

As some of you already know, my fiancé, Shannon, and I are getting married at Vic Falls before we go hunting buffalo with Buzz and Myles. We are staying at the Vic Falls Hotel and are having the ceremony on July 27th in the afternoon/evening. As part of the wedding package we get a reception for 10 people, but we only have four guests attending. We actually had a lot of people who wanted to come, but most of them were my friends and when I explained that they were invited to the wedding, but the hunt was our honeymoon and no guests were invited, they all backed out. (That’s right Bill, I’m talking about you!)

Please consider this a formal invitation to our wedding and reception to any AR members who are going to be in Vic Falls on 7/27/07. We won’t have an exact time for the ceremony until we get there, but we are planning on the late afternoon. If you think you might be able to attend, please send me a PM and I will give you all the details.

Thanks to Kathi Klimes for helping set up the wedding, Saeed for giving me the OK to post this off topic in this forum, and Jerry Huffaker for suggesting I post this invitation.

If your prospective wife's sister will be there, Jim Sherman will immediately board an airplane and be on his way... that is, if you get half-a-dozen margaritas in him!

Me, too.. if she has two sisters!

Tell Myles to get the fly-fishing stuff ready for March!

Ya'll be happy... you lucky s.o.b!

I always try to use enough gun but then sometimes a brainshot works just as good.

Lhook7,

Congrats! Heck of a girl that thinks a safari would be a nice honeymoon. I have one myself and feel very blessed.

Have great day and honeymoon.

Mark

P.S. The Victoria Falls Hotel is very cool. Old Africa atmosphere to die for. Very romantic! The resident baboon troupe is a hoot. Have a drink on the veranda and watch the wait staff trying to keep the baboons out of the place settings and clean dishes.

Congratulations and many happy returns of the day!
