Anyone have any experience hunting with this outfit in Zim. I'm looking at a non exportable bull elephant hunt. Lin Stanton is the owner of the outfit. I recall his name being mentioned on AR in the past and if I remember correctly all the comments were very positive. The hunt will take place near Hwange Park on an area called ngamo sikumi amandundamela Forrestry block.

Thanks for your help.

Use the Find function & type in his name & you will find several reports on him.
He seems to be well thought of.

i havn't hunted with Lin but have heard only good reports.
The area is great if it's the forestry area around Ngamo Sikumi. Lots of bulls especially late season is best.
Buzz from CM gets 2 bulls on quota and has shot some great ones in there. He knows the area well.

Sounds like a great opportunity.

cheers

I have hunted with Lin many times and he will give you 110% every time.
I have also hunted 2 x Ele with him in that area and got one on the first day of Ele hunting. He is a true professional and you will not be disappointed !
Hope that helps

I hunted with Lin in Sep of 2016 for cape buffalo and had a fantastic experience. I had an opportunity at a 40"+ buff, but I just couldn't keep up (old with a bad ticker).

I finally got a 35" buff with a beautiful boss and curl. Best looking buff of the 3 I've killed.

He is a really good guy and has some excellent trackers.

I would book with him again in a heartbeat.

You are almost certain to get your ellie.

He has a website "intothejess.com" or something like that. It shows a lot of his clients and their trophies.

Good luck.

I first hunted with Lindon in 2010 for buffalo/plains game in the Omay. Back again with him in 2014 for leopard in the West Nicholson area and again back in 2017 for a father/son plains game hunt in Bubiana. All trips were very successful and came off without any problems/concerns. You wouldn’t be disappointed hunting with a Lindon.

I'm headed out with Tinie in April for Leopard, Bull Ele and croc (hopefully we'll tag a bushbuck as well). I'm looking forward to this hunt. I stayed tuned into Lin, Tinie and the boys through What's App. You'll have the time of your life.

I hunted the area back in 2013.

Very calm elephant.

Lots of bulls. I ended up shooting a 60#'er. Average was 50 is at the time.

while there may have been some changes since then, I am headed back with Brian Van Blerk to hunt a nontrophy bull there in december.

Don't hunt with Tinnie and Lin together! You will laugh too much to hunt!

Seriously, great guys. Lin hunted hard and found buffalo for me, then found another. They sure takes up a lot of space on the wall.
