I can't compete with anyone here on the high end ($) on these rifles.
Here's my left handed M70 375 H&H. It actually has fairly nice wood for a factory rifle but the factory finish and stain would have to be stripped off to see it.

Jorge, Those aren't "hunting rifles" until I've actually taken them hunting. This one IS a hunting rifle...Mauser 416 Rigby by Joe Smithson.

For gunsmith work you can thank William's Gunsight, NECG and our own Vapodog. BTW- the stock is factory wood but the real ebony was added later.
