Hyena mount

WannabeBwanaHyena mount
Has anyone done anything with a hyena rather than a full body or even shoulder mount? Does a Euro mount (or full skull) look good, or are pics just the way to go if you're not doing a skin-on type mount??

L. David KeithHyena rugs look good. Euro mounts are for antlered or horned game usually. Full skulls are good conversation pieces.

MARK H. YOUNGWannabeBwana,
I did a rug and was very please with it. I also had the skull mounted on a plaque. A hyena skull is unique and looks very much like something from a Sci-Fi movie. The hyenais a very under rated trophy in my opinion.

Stole it from Andrew (fairgame). He said to make sure you make the "mane" stand up and lower the rear haunch when you do mine.

We'll talk later.
Does not exactly go with the sailfish but running out of room. Also as has been said get the skull done.
