That is very alarming. We ALL must write our Congressmen and have them do something about this. I would be very hesitant now to hunt a Cites Specific animal after reading this. This is just unbelievable. I hope that the SCI Wildlife CLE addresses this very issue in a couple of weeks. I know that reps of the WSFWS will be part of the panel at the CLE.

as soon as i read the article and saw the decision came from the Ninth Circuit, i knew it was a done deal. those liberal black robed SOB's in San Francisco have been making life miserable for everyone in the western US for YEARS. anti-hunting, anti-property owners rights, pro environmental activist rights. there has never been a cricket, mouse, frog or minnow that they didn't think was more important than a human. same bullshit-different day.
