A short video on the benefits of a regulated hunting program in rural Africa. The story of the Ambo Basic school in Munyamadzi, Zambia.

The School at Munyamadzi

Please share this with your friends. Send it to your non hunting friends too, to show them that we don't just go kill animals.

Also, please subscribe as I am uploading and filming many more videos this year on hunting and conservation. I'll be in Botswana and South Africa this year, filming and hunting.

Many thanks to Thor Kirchner, who suffered through multiple interviews to make this video happen. Thanks Thor!

Good stuff Wendell and I am proud to have been involved in the Ambo and Mushilila school projects. My wife donated a whole library to Mushilila and tons of clothes.

And all thanks to hunter's dollars.

Well done to everyone involved.
These are real tangible benefits resulting from the positive impact of sustainable wildlife management on the adjacent communities.
And it's not just a matter of guiding funds into vital projects.
Successful community support efforts in these areas requires a great deal more on an almost daily basis. Expectations can become overwhelming and require tactful management, empathy, understanding and a genuine desire to help improve others lives.
Both Thor and Andrews efforts are fine examples of how hunters input can best be utilised within their adjacent communal areas.
Thanks Wendell for helping to bring this aspect of our sport to the greater audience.
