Strange though, I saw part IV in 1976 in San Francisco with my brother. I was 17 then. My brother Ken passed away two years later. So Star Wars brings back a lot.

The funny thing is that Miss RSA looks more like a typical Norwegian girl, than Miss Norway does.

I think that it´s not just Samic since I would say jhere in sweden if you take the total population it´s 50/50 (just a guess but thats how I see it)

Something special about SA hunting, animals, brandy, girls etc. no matter what

We had a Miss Finland who was black -father from Gambia- so we can´t blame the Lapplanders for every person of color ...

But I remember moving to Finland in -71. Everybody was white (or palish blue) and it really was boring not having any ethnic food around.

Helene Traasavik (Miss Norway) is actually half Thai(!), and has absolutly no Sami blood.

There are as you say some darker people in the north and west of Norway, but even with dark hair they usually have blue, green or grey eyes. In fact, as a child I can remember being pretty much the only one with brown eyes all the way thru high school. This was of course beneficial to me, as the girls found my seductive brown eyed gaze intriguing, unlike the usual blues and greys the other boys had.

My vote sticks with Miss RSA!

I may be that miss Denmark was not that good looking that year. But have any of you ever seen a "naturist" movie with Katja Kean in it...? If so. She is danish She has also stopped her previous career, now she is loaded. Still good looking and clever enough to have her own Public relations business. She has also participated in a couple of comedy shows here in Denmark. Available pictures are the sort that
you should find for yourselves. Do that and then decide who has the best girls..
