One of my friends is competing in XTC in RSA at the end of March. Been waiting on his permit for three weeks - how long does it typically take? I don't remember myself. He applied himself but I have always used a third party and never found it to take too long.

I don't understand. I fill out the form and email a copy to my outfitter. Then I bring the application with me and the police sign it at the airport.
