Here is a picture of the black serval I mentioned in an earlier post last week. I shot both the black one and the spotted one the night before within 5 minutes of each other.
That's Franco Morreschalchi with me. This was in the Commie days ..March of 1987 I think.
Franco was also with me a year later on our 2 week mule back elephant safari and also when I was doing my best not to become part of the Ethiopian soil. In his broken English he still calls it "the day the elephant tried to eat us".
