It's a baggge handling problem. Very reminiscient of the Denver International Airport opening a few years ago. Over-engineered and doesn't work. They have installed ten miles of baggage conveyors in Heathrow and it just doesn't work.

Back during my flying career, I logged easily a half million miles with them. That Concord Lounge at Gate 10 was great. No more Concorde, though, but I always liked BA. Wouldn't fly them down to Africa on a hunting trip, though, because of the Brit's gun prejudices.
