Picked up the skull of my Baboon from the taxidermist yesterday. Evil little creatures. Spent 4 hours sitting on a water hole watching groups of Gemsbok and Zebra as they came in, and this little bastard came in and ran everything out of the country. He just made a bad decision and ran straight away accross the sand. However he couldn't run out run a bullet. Also the tannery called while I was at the taxidermists and they said they coldn't get any of my hides to rehydrate. Both myself and the taxidermist think that is a crock. We're having them sent back and will be sending them to another tannery. It just puts the mounts out a couple more months that we had orriginaly planned. Yes it's cocked, and it has bullets too!!! | ||

Bummer. Tannery's like Taxidermists should be chosen wisely. Like most businesses, there are the good, the bad and the ugly. Hope it works out for you Rhys.
