Theoretically, tariffs can have an “indirect” effect on the cost of a hunt (more expensive fuel, ammo, etc.), but should have no direct effect on the price of a safari hunt. In the scope of the recent rash of Trump tariffs, hunting trophies are exempt from import tariffs, so no worries there.

If an hunting operator makes big price increases to compensate for “tariffs”, I would not trust that outfit.

Tariffs will probably have some play on costs, it will take a while for those items and pricing to come into play.

As for the cost of the hunt you are taking, you probable booked in US dollars.

It will come down to imported items that are used in the outfitters business.
