Leaving Atlanta on Delta for RSA in about 32 hours. Was scheduled for a plains game hunt but that has turned into a leopard hunt. Been bouncing off the walls waiting on my departure.

Good Hunting,

Still deciding on which guns to take. My 300 win mag is going, it has been on all my Africa trips. Then it will be either the 375 or 450 Ackley.

32 hours to go and undcided between a 375 and 450?

Get a coin and a felttip marker pen. Write 375 on one side of the coin and 450 on the other side ........... Big Grin

Best of luck for your hunt. Worst possible luck for some big mean old cat! Wink

After a few years of participation on forums, I have learned that:

One can cure:

Lack of knowledge – by instruction. Lack of skills – by practice. Lack of experience – by time doing it.

One cannot cure:

Stupidity – nothing helps! Anti hunting sentiments – nothing helps! Put-‘n-Take Outfitters – money rules!

My very long ago ancestors needed and loved to eat meat. Today I still hunt!
