Yes, there is a chance John. He started to drink milk earlier on today, and he's eating a few leaves. Very stessed though and that wire in the front leg is still in. We are worried but don't think he has the strength to go under just yet. We'll have to get it out soon though. Amazing how hard these guys are - when I went in earlier to force feed him, he charged!!

That's sad, and the only press that little guy could get is if the anti's could claim hunters caused it. If not for hunters, the Rhino's would all be extinct. Keep us posted Dave.

Poor little guy, hope he makes it with flying colours.

I would love to see the snare setter, in a kraal with the little one's Mom. Let her mess him up. Paybacks are a bit**.

Keith

PS: Maybe Jimmy can clue the new guy in on the fact that he is now in good hands.

This is completely intolerable, I hope the offenders are captured and dealt with accordingly. That little guy really looks like he is suffering. Hope you all can fix him up.

Hello everyone

Well, this tragic little tale came to an abrupt conclusion a couple of nights ago when the little tyke died. He fought bravely but his injuries were obviously just too severe. Really sad.....

Sorry I've been out of touch, again. I've been having serious internet/computer problems - hopefully they are resolved now. I shall be working on Bob Glick's hunt report finale tonight - hopefully post it in an hour or so. To those who have PM'd me and are waiting for a response, I shall do so ASAP.

If you would like to see an example of one of these hunt journals I produce, please go to the Roger Whittall website at www.rwsafaris.net, and look under client comments. At the top of that page will be a link for a client journal I put together last season. Just to give you an idea, if you're interested. I won't make any excuses for it yet, but please bear in mind that it was the first one I did professionally! I shall try to post the link but don't know how successful that will be.
