Well it's not a double so its clearly not kosher, but, on the other hand, it doesn't look like a 45/70! Just goes to show you don't need a double rifle to kill a monster!

That is huge! I have a suspicion that the photo was taken the day after because the hunter and his clothes look entirely too fresh to have been hunting elephant in any country! Kudude

Nice bull with thick tusks. However, personally, I would rather shoot a long-tusked 60 pounder in Tanzania than a short, fat-tusked 80 pounder in Botswana. That's just my opinion. I think the TZ bulls are more impressive.
