A very informative document about hunting in the Selous. It is a 47 page PDF document full of maps and statistics.

First go to this link

http://www.wildlife-baldus.com/tanzania.html

Scroll to the bottom of the page and download the

Tourist Hunting Part III.pdf file

that is under the

Tanzania Tourist Hunting Analysis topic

(which is the next to the last topic).

Lots of other good stuff at this site as well.

Regards,

Terry

Thanks Terry. The study provides some interesting information and may dispell some rumors/misunderstandings.

Terry, thanks for this link. I have somehow missed this site in all of my internet browsing on this subject.

I skimmed the reports and downloaded them earlier today, and they are very detailed and present the kind of information I have often wondered about but never seen elsewhere. I look forward to reading them more thoroughly as time permits.
