Here are a few of the Cape Bushbuck we've taken from my friends ranch in South Africa. My first wasn't big, but I liked his dark chocolate coat and heavy horns:  My 4th Bushbuck (2nd from this ranch) was better:  Jim's ram: (first hunt in Africa)  Roy's old ram:  Another fine ram:  Frank's heavy ram:  Wylie's ram:  All in all, we've taken some great Bushbuck from the deep kloof's and steep ridges. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running...... I think that is just GREAT! Congratulations. Personally....I would like to take a Bushbuck safari. I have shot a couple of three of them, but wouldn't mind taking more. I'd like to set up a safari where all you shoot is bushbuck. I am to the point where about all I like is Elephant and Bushbuck. | |||

Same here. I've taken Chobe, several each of Cape and Limpopo Bushbuck, but I always have them on the trophy list.
