i am bring it to the range again today and will try it from some shooting sticks some heavy 1's i made out of 5/8" dowling

its exactly like a 8 bore with a round ball just a cunt hair more push

Steve,

Thanks! Maybe someday I will have the free money laying around to pick myself up one. I have shot an 8 bore double several times, so I can relate to your comments, thanks again.

700, I was just over at www.mountainmolds.com shop and he showed me a 1000gn 70cal bullet mold he made. The bullets look real good. This would be lots cheaper than shooting $4 softpoints.
You'll have to let us know if there is anything left of your Hogs after the hunt.

Steve,
I am certain you won't be discarding the brass after every shot

John will make you 700 solids for about 1/2 the price of woodleighs... 60 bucks for 25 bullets

i am really looking at the cast bullets i think it would be a nice idea and cheap to

i was at the range again today i am getting better but would limit my self to 30 yards on a off hand brain shot in the field but would shoot out to 100 on a heart lung shot on elephant.

700,

I saw and picked up your rifle at Reno. Butch had it at his table and it was still not completed.

I was very impressed with the weight and the girth of the stock. Very large rifle! All the best in working with this piece. It should be interesting.

Cheers,

Sam
