Right on, Mike. My wife and I spent half of November of last year at 10-12,000 feet in the Tien Shan mountains. Hard core hunting all the way. We felt pretty old, from time to time, it's true. But mostly, we felt alive. We won't have another 50 years, but the challenge will be to make the most of whatever remains. Mike Wilderness is my cathedral, and hunting is my prayer. | |||

I am doing tur in Azerbjian next year so to the gym it is. After having killed about a dozen or so sheep and ibex in my thirties, I discovered Africa and spent most of my forties there. Now at 52 I realise I need to get back on the mtn, translated back in shape. I whole heartedly agree with orginal post, the shows can make you feel the limitations of time and money | |||
