Taken by my dad, George, on his ramblings about the bush. I would like to share quite a number of his photos, so may do it in a couple of posts. I hope you enjoy them, I did. First up? Buffalo, of course!

Those are some really great photos, your Dad did a great job! I even downloaded a few to use as my wallpaper on my laptop.

David: Is your father a professional? Those are simply outstanding images, and that one buff is outrageous!

Bill: I'm glad you enjoyed the pictures. No, my dad is not a pro and is actually very critical of his photos. I have been trying to convince him to upgrade his equipment and get really serious. We will see.

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
