Does anyone have the estimated figure of the number of Elephants in Africa now or the most recent estimate. In todays Pittsburgh Post -Gazette there is an article about the Pitsburgh Zoo purchasing a farm to statr a breeding facality. The article states a 1989 estimate of 600,000 Elephants. The facality was an Elk farm and a shooting gallery for Elk. | ||
