| Is it a Mauser action? If so, just list it as a Custom Mauser with the serial number. I have never had a problem.

| My PH was using one of those, a Husqvarna .458 Win action with a Douglas barrel and swore by it. His rifle was push feed, so a Mauser it ain't. Don't know if you could get it in, but get a 4457 and list it as a custom Husqvarna and see what happens. It must have a serial number, though. If Customs accepts it and issues the form, you probably, I say probably, won't have problems on the other end. |

Most of those husky actions are quite similar, maybe identical, to the fn mauser and have crf. At least I thought so.

| This is the 1640 small ring mauser modern action... with some model 70 and some M98 features. long extractor... custom mauser may be it. |
