Greetings,

I have been trying to contact Fauna and Flora to arrange for some help bringing in Red Deer Heads from Scotland (I know not Africa but I figured you guys would know how to contact them) and have not been getting anything back from them.

I would prefer to contact via e mail that way I have a record of what was discussed. I have been sending e mail to customerservice@faunaandflora.com but have not been able to get a response. Does anyone have a better e mail address for them? Or do I need to call them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks,

Brad

John sold to the new Owners but said he would be continuing to consult. He knows just about everyone, everywhere so I'm sure they can sort out your trophies. LDK

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."

John and company are still working, and working well, with and under the new ownership structure.

The only difference I can see is that it takes 10 emails to accomplish what one phone call used to do.

But that's true of everything these days. Big Grin

I got so frustrated with them that I ultimately went elsewhere. The worst customer service I have experienced in the hunting industry.

This has been much more difficult than I had expected, I have never had such a hard time tracking down someone to give them business.

But an e mail to John did the trick he got back to me this morning and I am getting the ball rolling.

Thanks for all the help guys!!!
