I know he had a serious medical issue while on safari this year, or late last year. After all our best wishes, haven't heard how he's doing. I'm sure fine, but no news.

Just watched Tracks Across Africa. Best to you, Col. Boddington. Hope all is well!

If you watch about the last five minutes of the Uganda episode right after they kill the buffalo, you can see when it hits him. He just slumps down next to an old stump while Joe Bishop is with the Buffalo. Godspeed Craig, hope you are coming back strong!

Craig sent this message yesterday:
"I will be doing a presentation & book signing @ the joint chapter meeting of L.A & Orange County SCI Clubs on 7/21/2011 at 6:00 p.m. at The Phoenix Club, 1340 Sanderson Avenue, Anaheim, CA. Please RSVP. Walk-ins are always welcome, but it's always helpful to know how many to set the dinner table for to Jim Dahl (949) 453-5108 or jamesdahl@sbcglobal.net"

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."

That's exactly what I was watching the other night and I was wondering if that was what was happening.

I figured no news was good news. Best to him and his family.

Wow, I guess I was just a few days behind posting my question and didn't look hard enough for the thread. Thanks, Caracal.

I watched it last night and I believe that was what was happening as well. There was a lot of excitement and running, etc. just before it occurred. Just my 2 cents worth.
