| Dogcat: I will tell you what printed ads are invaluable for: longevity. When I book a hunt I dig out old mags, etc. and see how long that outfit has been around. To me, that is a good start. |

| I've made some calls and email to people in safari times, but didn't book.

| I discovered Redpine Witetails there. I have hunted three consecutive years with them and am booked for two more. Best discovery I ever made! |

I saw their ad and they looked pretty good. What can you tell about the operation? |

| We've found some good operators through Safari and Safari Times such as Faro West in Cameroon, Glenroy / Jim Hunter in NZ, Cardrona Safaris in NZ. However, I've never booked on JUST the advert or the story in the mag.

| I actually booked a Hunt with Patagonia Hunters based on an ad they had in Peterson's, they now advertise in Safari Times. It was actually one the best hunting experiences I have had. |

| Yes, I have bought products from ads in Safari Times, I know I bought some shooting sticks there once, and I read the adds for hunts, and I know that I have booked at least one hunt from someone who posted an ad that looked interesting; but I checked him out first, then looked him up when he came to one of the conventions. |
