Use Enough GunGemsbok Anyone?
Here's a gemsbok taken in the Northern Cape, South Africa. A male with 42" horns.
That's a beautiful trophy, with excellent definition on the mask.

308SakoU E G, What a lucky man you are to have hunted successfully such a fine trophy. The Gemsbok is one of my as yet unfufilled dreams. Once in the Transvall I saw the butts of two as they escaped into the thick... I don't even know how good they were nor if they were even shootable. Well done.

jstevensThe first one is my son's who was 14 at the time, a 38 incher shot with my much misused Ruger 7x57. The second one is a 42.5 incher shot with my Whitworth .375, both were shot in Namibia, west of Winchoeck.
A shot not taken is always a miss
