Crocodile seat cover - Will's leather work?

I'm here in the Kansas City area and Will lives not far from me. I've seen his wallets, checkbook covers, etc but this new "project" of his has me wondering. He wants me to purchase the motorcycle....."HOG" as he calls it, pictured below.

If I buy the bike, he will agree to "throw in" the seat cover and sweaty helmet. Not sure what to do. Anyone dealt with Will before?

Do they make "spinners" for motorcycles? Always pictured Will Rollin' with a set of spinners.

I think he mostly "stunted" the bike. A little road rash but overall pretty good shape.
