I had my Thanksgiving turkey (actually it was a skinny chicken) at Matetsi 1 a few years ago. I was very hot and rained every third day or so.

JudgeG ... just counting time 'til I am again finding balm in Gilead chilled out somewhere in the Selous.

Lots of flying ants at that time but they don't taste too bad if you put enough salsa on them. Short thunder storms in the afternoons. Cicadas loud enough to deafan you. Sometimes left over quota available at bargain prices. Can be very hot but I'm going in November this year anyway!
