On two occasions, we found that fat was actually striped under the skin.

There was fat under one color, but not the other??

Seems like that that was shown in some pictures here a few years ago.

Could it be that the fat would accumulate more beneath the white and less under the black side of the stripes?

Why I ask is that black absorbs heat more than white and a possibility that it does not allow the fat to form.
