I saw an ad for a .416 Rem. Mag for sale. It mentioned 'nylited". Must be some new fangled gizmo that I've never heard of. Anyone shed some nylite on this?

Maybe it's a coating, like nitride.

The only nylite that I know of are a light weight plastic used to make wire and rope spools and there is a brand of shoes called Nylites. Either the gun has wire wrapped around it or you wear it on your feet.

Thanks, Guys,

I hope it only comes in gun blue or black matte and not pink, purple or chartreuse!
